History of the School

Colorist School WAM I.C.I was founded in 1988 by Yoshita Michiko, a pioneer of Japanese colorists.
After serving as a committee member of the Ministry of Home Affairs (now the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications)’s Ladies Forum for Cultural Urban Development, Yoshita Michiko has run Colorist School WAM I.C.I, which has been training color professionals for many years, and has worked on color planning for clothing, food, housing, and more. To date, the school has produced over 2,000 graduates in Tokyo and Osaka.
